Go and Get Your Life Up!
When I am sluggish, I pick up a spinning top I have nearby and spin it with all my might. I watch it carefully until it slows down and falls. Within seconds of looking at the ball, the following thoughts that have grown in my mind have already started to wake my body: You don't need music to dance with life, go and raise your life!
