Butterflies are always with me
Now I will tell you a story. The story is partly about me and partly about you. This is the true story of a man who wakes up one morning and turns into a butterfly.
When he awoke from his slumber, the young man screamed. He had wings instead of arms, and his legs seemed to have grown too. While thoughts were flying through his head, he realized that he also had two antennas. What was going on, how could this happen? He thought he was still asleep, but he wasn't! Maybe if he waited a while it would pass. Would it take an hour or two? If he had called the police… No, no one would have believed him. He couldn't go out like that. How would he go to work? If not today, he should definitely go tomorrow...
As he got over the shock, some thoughts formed in his mind. For example, this body structure was very disturbing to him. Being a kind of winged insect… Although there were times when he felt like an insect, it was more than a feeling now. It was real.
He couldn't help muttering to himself. What kind of life was this, I wish someone would explain. Would a human ever turn into a butterfly? It was as if he was in a cartoon… He wandered around the house all day, walking from place to place. He got angry, sad, rebelled, but in the end he got tired.
It suddenly occurred to him that butterflies can only live for one day. No, he saw monarch butterflies in a documentary. He knew they could live for years. He was relieved; but he was also sad. Will she now live as a butterfly? For the rest of your life?
It was the next day, he woke up in the same body again. This was no longer a joke. He should have asked for help. But wait a second, what if they want to examine him! He had no intention of becoming a lab rat at all. He should also not forget that he lives in Turkey. He thought, he thought… He wanted to shout from time to time, but no, he couldn't speak. Butterflies couldn't talk.
Suddenly something occurred to him. What if it wasn't itself a butterfly, but a butterfly turned into itself. Woe to your butterfly! It would be a scandal for a butterfly to turn into a human. If it was a caterpillar, it would understand; But why would a person turn into a butterfly? This was a strange situation. Although he loved butterflies, he loved their graceful and freedom-smelling ways.
He dreamed of one day becoming a great man, changing the world; but not to be a butterfly! Karma was a confusing situation for him. There had to be an error somewhere. Or was this the corrected version of the error? What was it like to be a butterfly?!
What, he suddenly realized that a butterfly had landed on his window. A thought suddenly appeared in his head. Since he was now a butterfly; butterflies should have been butterflies. Suddenly he started flapping his wings. While everything in the house was flying, he couldn't help himself from this beautiful feeling. His slender body was taking off as he flapped his wings. Yes, yes, it was taking off… You know how butterflies used to fly. Why not, he thought. He looked out the window. It was quite high. He spread his wings and threw himself into space. He had become a real butterfly now.
