Seen Through the Window

Ward of patients awaiting death in a hospital. One room in the ward, two beds in the room, two patients. One in front of the window, the other by the wall.
In the last period of their lives, he looks out of the window from morning to evening and tells his friend, who sees nothing by the wall:

“The sea is calmer today than yesterday. The wind should be light. The white sailboats are advancing vaguely…. the park? The park is still secluded. Two of the swings are full and two are empty. Last week's sweethearts are back again.
The Judas trees have gone crazy today, such a flower has bloomed; around the mordant can not pass. Plums are no different from the pattern bride…
Alas, one of the little ones fell. His mother has grown up, he embraces the child. Anyway, the boy was silent.
He's laughing now...
Students? They are immersed in their books again…
Let me see… Simitci has arrived. They take two bagels and divide them among five and eat them.
Now the children have joined the kite kite… The kite is rising and rising.
No, the sailboats have not yet been seen. But the seagulls are in good spirits. Ballooner is also early. They have huge blue, purple, green, red, orange balloons…”
As each day goes on like this, while describing everything he sees, he suddenly has a terrible crisis by the window. If he presses the button on the wall, he can call the doctor. And maybe he can save his friend next to him. But… But… If his friend dies, the side of the window will be empty. And he doesn't press the button by the wall, he doesn't call the doctor. His friend dies. The next morning they move the bed by the wall near the window.
The moment he's been waiting for has come. He looks out from where he is lying. At the bottom of the window is nothing but a black wall.
