In Social Studies, the first lesson of the new term, teacher Eugene Simonet (Kevin Spacey) asks his students for something: “Find an idea to change the world and make it happen.” This assignment creates a different image in each child's mind. For one of those students, Trevor Mckinney (Haley Joel Osment), this will mean more than a term paper… Trevor starts changing the world from his closest circle first. The system is very simple. Do a favor to three people and agree with them to pass it on to others. Trevor's system will benefit more people than he ever thought possible.
