In this section, I explain focusing and concentration techniques… In this video, “Focus on What Matters” is the application-oriented part of the first video. As you do these exercises regularly, your focus will increase. You can also get a better result by watching this video just before a situation where you need to concentrate.

You will definitely get results from something you focus on in life. The point is to provide this power of focus. With this work, we aim to maximize your focus and concentration power.

In this study, which consists of 5 interconnected steps, after the preliminary preparation we have made mentally and physically, we will relax our minds with breathing exercises and then we will try to improve our focus of attention. In the final step, we will be reaching a high level of concentration by counting backwards from it with suggestive sentences.
